Living with PTSD: for Partners

2026

January 10, 17, 24, 31

Online

This four-week workshop is geared towards partners of people living with PTSD or CPTSD. Over the four weeks you will learn more about PTSD and CPTSD, how to identify a trigger, and best practices for helping your partner regulate.

The workshop is designed to be informative as well as supportive. Each week there will be allotted time for sharing and group support as well as a personal reflection exercise in the final week.

At the end of the four weeks you will walk away with a better understanding of what it is potentially like for your partner living with PTSD or CPTSD and a clear plan for helping your partner regulate during and after a trigger.

Some of this work will focus on communications between you and your partner in the time between meetings. It is ideal if your partner is supportive of your participation and in a space where they will be able to discuss their PTSD or CPTSD with you.
